On September 26, Retired Captain Hélène Le Scelleur had the honour of being the emcee of a ceremony at the War Museum in Ottawa. This Indigenous-led ceremony and blessing was done in the presence of The Honourable Ginette Petitpas Taylor, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Canadian Armed Forces representatives.
